Monday- Friday, 8:00am
- 4:30pm plus weekend on-call rotation one weekend every 2 months

- 4:30pm Participate in the weekend on-call rotation: one weekend every 2 months What We're Looking For Requires Master's Degree in Social Work and current state of Michigan Social Workers license LMSW (limited license LLMSW acceptable with expectation to earn full licensure in a timely manner) Prefer at least 2 years of relevant experience Minimum of 1 year experience working with the frail or elderly population Ability to manage multiple tasks comfortably while staying organized and professional Work well autonomously as well as within a team setting Ready to Apply?
