Key Qualifications:

Role Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group counseling to students Collaborate with educators and families to support students' academic, social, and emotional development Develop intervention plans tailored to student needs Respond to crisis situations with compassion and appropriate resources Engage in program development and contribute to a positive school culture Participate in team meetings, IEP processes, and professional development Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with state and district guidelines
