Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support and guidance to individuals and families facing challenges in their lives. This role involves assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and connecting clients with community resources. The Social Worker will play a vital role in promoting emotional and social well-being while advocating for clients' rights and needs. Responsibilities Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' needs, strengths, and challenges. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments. Provide counseling and support to clients and their families, addressing emotional, social, and financial issues. Facilitate access to community resources, services, and programs, including housing, healthcare, and education. Advocate for clients in various settings, including schools, healthcare facilities, and legal environments. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting progress and interventions. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. Stay informed about current trends and best practices in social work and community services. Provide crisis intervention and support as needed. Requirements a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) and school social worker certificate preferred. Valid state licensure or certification as a Social Worker. Previous experience in social work or a related field is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Knowledge of community resources and services available to clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in practice. Proficiency in using computer software for documentation and reporting. Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules.
