Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Passionate about supporting students' mental health and social-emotional growth? Qualifications:
Master's degree in a mental health field with an active LARA license (see Michigan licensing requirements at the LARA website) Eligible credentials include: Licensed master's level psychologist or limited licensed (with supervision) MDE credentialed school psychologist Licensed master's or school social worker, or limited licensed social worker (with supervision) Licensed bachelor's social worker currently enrolled or planning to enroll in an
LLMSW/LMSW
program within 24 months Licensed master's level marriage and family therapist Licensed master's level or limited licensed professional counselor (with supervision) School Counselor License (SCL), Michigan Teaching Certificate with School Counselor endorsement, Preliminary or Temporary School Counselor Credential (must pursue further licensure within 24 months)
