This role runs from late August through mid-May, supporting approximately 40 students with diverse needs ranging from academic challenges to social and emotional development.

Key Qualifications:

Valid approval from the Michigan Department of Education as a School Social Worker (required) Experience working in elementary and/or preschool educational environments Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration with families, teachers, and administration Demonstrated ability to implement effective strategies for supporting students' emotional and behavioral growth Able to manage a caseload across multiple school sites confidently and compassionately

Core Responsibilities:
