This full-time, onsite contract opportunity is perfect for someone who is passionate about supporting students' social and emotional development, building strong relationships with staff and families, and making a genuine difference every day. Ideal candidates are certified social workers (310 Cert required), with experience in school settings and a deep understanding of student advocacy. In this role, you will work collaboratively with educators, administrators, students, and their families to foster a positive learning atmosphere and promote student well-being.
What You'll Bring:
Active 310 Social Work Certification (required) Previous experience in a school environment preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate and consult with educational staff and families Skilled at providing individual and group counseling High level of organization and professionalism You'll be responsible for: Providing social, emotional, and behavioral support to students on-site Collaborating with educational staff to create and implement intervention plans Conducting assessments and developing strategies to address student needs Leading and participating in team meetings regarding student welfare Serving as an advocate for students' mental health within the school community Working closely with families to connect them with resources and support services This position offers $85 per hour, along with the opportunity to work closely with a motivated staff in an inclusive educational setting.
