This position will support an elementary campus by providing social-emotional services, student support, and collaboration with educators and families across both special education and general education populations . Position Details Full-Time Onsite 2026-2027

Caseload:
Elementary Special Education & General Education students Responsibilities Provide school-based social work services to elementary-aged students Support students with social-emotional, behavioral, and academic needs Provide individual and group counseling services as appropriate Collaborate with teachers, administrators, special education teams, and families Participate in IEP, MTSS, and multidisciplinary team meetings Assist with behavior support strategies and intervention planning Connect students and families with appropriate resources and supports Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements Qualifications Active School Social Worker certification/licensure as required by the state Previous school-based experience preferred Experience supporting both special education and general education students Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams Benefits Competitive weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) with company matching Dedicated recruiter support throughout your assignment Opportunities for professional growth and continued support If you're a passionate School Social Worker looking to make an impact in an elementary school setting , we'd love to connect with you.
