Primary Responsibilities of the Advocate are to initiate, organize, plan, develop, and implement direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families. All service plans will be based on a strength-based approach using the wrap around model Position offers flexible hours, competitive weekly pay, and activity reimbursement.

Work Schedule Availability:

Flexible, Non-Traditional Hours, Evenings and Weekends may be required.

Hourly Pay:

$17.50 per hour Qualifications/Requirements Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required. Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources Experience working with at-risk youth and families Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills Proficient Computer Skills and Microsoft Office, Experience using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) Systems is a plus Bilingual (Spanish) Speaking a plus. Required to have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance coverage. May be required to work evenings and weekends
