Masters degree in Social Work from an accredited program Michigan licensure (LMSW, LLMSW, or pending status considered) Previous experience as a school social worker preferred Familiarity with IEP/504 processes and behavioral intervention strategies Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to build rapport with students, families, and staff Adaptability to shifting priorities in a dynamic school environment

Key Responsibilities:
