Desired Skills & Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct social work services to elementary-aged students onsite Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized support plans Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise on social-emotional development Promote a positive school climate and advocate for students' well-being Establish effective interventions for students facing academic, emotional, or behavioral challenges Maintain accurate student records and update documentation as required
