Qualifications:
Active Michigan School Social Worker certification is required (verify at the Michigan Department of Education website). Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff. Adaptable to both onsite and virtual service models.
Responsibilities:
Deliver individual and group counseling to students in alignment with their educational and social/emotional needs. Provide crisis intervention, behavioral intervention planning, and resource referrals as necessary. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to evaluations and case management.
