Qualifications:
Active Michigan 310 License required Experience in school-based social work, or healthcare social work in educational settings Strong knowledge of student support practices for elementary populations Compassionate communicator able to connect with students, families, and staff Adaptable and able to thrive in dynamic school environments
Responsibilities:
Deliver social work support to elementary students and collaborate closely with educators Assess student needs and develop effective intervention plans Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and facilitate small groups Support behavioral, emotional, and social well-being within a diverse school community Maintain rigorous documentation and comply with school policies Engage with families and external resources as needed
