Role Responsibilities:

Deliver social work services to students, supporting their social/emotional and academic success. Conduct assessments and develop interventions as part of Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams. Foster a positive school climate through consultation, crisis intervention, and staff training. Communicate effectively with families, offering resources and guidance to support student wellbeing. Advocate for student needs and contribute to multidisciplinary planning. Maintain all required documentation and compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines. Work exclusively onsite, collaborating directly with staff, students, and families.
