About Us:
Rushton Recovery provides Medical Detox and Residential treatment services in the heart of South Lyon, MI. With a dedicated team of medical and therapeutic professionals, we offer 24/7 support during detox, individualized treatment plans for lasting recovery, and expertise in addressing the underlying symptoms of addiction. Our 30+ acre campus offers evidence-based treatment in a structured and spacious environment. We offer a wide variety of therapeutic, recreational, and mindfulness services to promote the healing process. Our goal is to treat individuals, educate their families, and promote health through healing the mind, body, and spirit.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed (LMSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in substance abuse, providing essential support to individuals and families facing various challenges. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care through individual and group therapy sessions, as well as collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment plans. Contingent -including weekends, holidays Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution. Prefer experience in addiction/substance abuse. Strong skills in mental health counseling, patient care, clinical counseling, and social work practices. Proficiency in facilitating group therapy and individual group counseling sessions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively. Commitment to providing empathetic care while maintaining professional boundaries. CAADC or willingness to start a development plan. Proficiency in intake assessments, treatment planning, discharge planning, utilization review, and case management.
