The Expanding, Enhancing Emotional Health (E3) program is seeking a Licensed Master's Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor to support adolescents at Traverse City West Senior High School. You'll provide counseling, crisis intervention, and supportive services for students aged typically between 13 to 21-helping them navigate emotional, behavioral, and health‑related challenges in a trusted, accessible setting. This position may involve irregular work hours and requires the ability to travel using the employee's personal vehicle. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical mental health services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and referrals. Deliver crisis intervention when urgent student needs arise. Build strong, collaborative relationships with students, families, school staff, and community partners. Three to five years of counseling, therapy, or crisis intervention experience. One to two years working with adolescents, ideally in a school‑based or community setting. LMSW‑Clinical or LPC (limited licenses considered). Michigan licensure, valid driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance.
