What they do

A Family, School, or General Case Manager coordinates the delivery of a range of social and health services to individuals and families. Assess client needs and work with agencies and institutions ensure clients get the help they need. Monitor client and work with other service providers as necessary to address client needs. Provide limited counseling to client and their family.

  • Split Shift 6:15-9:15am and 2:00-6:00pm during School Days, Straight shift during Non-School Days and Summer 5 days a week 12 months
Salary:
Class III starting at $18.77 per hour
Required Experience:
Previous experience working with school age youth in a leadership role. Planning program activities experience
Preferred Experience:
Post Secondary coursework in education or relate area Experience working with diverse families Inclusion or special needs experience
Responsibilities:
Supervise, plan and implement daily activities (gym, arts & crafts, music, etc) for elementary youth Must be comfortable with supervising groups of students (up to 15 students) Assist Youth and Family Coordinator in day-to-day responsibilities of managing site Provide leadership with other program responsibilities including snack, paperwork, discipline, communication, and other duties as assigned.
