Key Qualifications:

Current and valid 310 license required Experience as a Social Worker in school-based or healthcare environments Proven ability to manage an elementary caseload with compassion and professionalism Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families Commitment to student well-being, early intervention, and advocacy Adaptability in addressing student needs and supporting school-wide initiatives

Role Responsibilities:

Assess and address the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of elementary students Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and external agencies to create tailored intervention plans Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and case management services Facilitate small group and individual sessions to promote positive student outcomes Prepare progress reports and maintain up-to-date documentation in compliance with school policies Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise to support student success
