We are currently seeking compassionate Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to join our team at our Ypsilanti location .
THIS LOCATION IS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE TO EASTERN MICHIGAN CAMPUS.
What We Offer:
Competitive Pay :
Starting at $17.42/hour , with an increase to $17.62/hour after completing training. Full-Time Employee Benefits , including: Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance Short/Long-Term Disability Accidental and Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) with a 3%
Match Position Availability:
Full-Time and Part-time positions available for Morning and midnight shift (8a-4p and 12a-8a). Must be able to work weekends!
MUST BE A DRIVER!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide care and support to individuals with mental illness in a large group home setting (15 Bed) . Assist with meal preparation , serving, and dining support. Administer medications as prescribed. Engage residents in fun activities to promote socialization and well-being.
What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED (must be at least 18 years of age). Valid Driver's License or State ID . Ability to pass a criminal background check . Why Renaissance House?
