Job Description
Willmar School District is hiring a Cultural Liaison
- Spanish/English at the Middle School in Willmar, MN. This is a full-time position. Willmar Public Schools is currently seeking applicants for the position of Cultural Liaison
- Spanish/English.
Key Responsibilities:
Bridge Communication:
Facilitate meaningful dialogue between Spanish-speaking families, teachers, and school administrators.Family Engagement:
Host outreach initiatives, parent meetings, and family events to help families navigate middle school resources.Student Advocacy:
Provide cultural guidance and support to students to encourage a positive, inclusive school environment.
