This role has two clear objectives: to generate more qualified family leads and help convert more tours into registrations. You will spend most of your time in our schools and their surrounding communities — executing local marketing activities, finding new ways to reach families, partnering with School Directors on prospective family tours, and ensuring families receive consistent and effective enrollment experience. What You'll Do:
Generate Local Leads As part of onboarding, mystery shop key competitors around each St. Louis school to understand the local childcare offering and identify Inspire's key differentiating factors. Use these insights to strengthen our local messaging, tour experience, and enrollment approach. Build relationships with parent groups, apartment communities, pediatric/OB-GYN offices, children's activities, libraries, family organizations, and other relevant local referral sources. Identify and participate in high-potential family and community events and create school-based enrollment events such as Open Houses, Play & Tour mornings, Infant Program previews, and Preschool events. Keep each school visible on social media: promote upcoming school and community events, capture photos and short videos of families, children, and teachers at events (following Inspire's photo-consent guidelines), and post timely recaps and highlights that showcase the Inspire experience and drive families to book a tour. Own the Tour & Enrollment Experience Partner with School Directors to deliver consistent, engaging, and high-quality tour experience. Bring Inspire's differentiating factors to life during tours, connecting them directly to what matters to each family.
