This role is vital in ensuring that children maintain meaningful relationships with their parents or guardians while prioritizing their safety and well-being. As a Supervised Visitation Supervisor, you will be responsible for the safety and well managed visits between the parent and children. Duties Oversee the planning, coordination, and supervision of supervised visitation sessions to ensure safety, adherence to protocols, and positive interactions. Maintain detailed documentation of visitation activities, incident reports, and client interactions using Microsoft Office tools for record-keeping and reporting purposes. Collaborate with social service agencies, legal professionals, families, and community organizations to support family reunification efforts and service delivery. Monitor program compliance with licensing regulations, safety standards, confidentiality policies, and behavioral health guidelines. Provide direct supervision during visitation sessions when necessary to address behavioral health concerns or complex family dynamics. Qualifications Strong relationship management skills to build trust with families, community partners, staff members, and community leaders. Administrative experience including record keeping, report writing, and program documentation using Microsoft Office Suite. Supervisory experience with leadership skills to control the environment. Knowledge of compliance standards related to child welfare services, family law proceedings, and behavioral health practices. Excellent communication skills—bilingual abilities are highly desirable—to effectively serve diverse populations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
