- Foster a positive, welcoming, and respectful environment.
- Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities, games, and quiet time.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and follow school procedures.
- Communicate professionally with school staff and parents as needed.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe extended care space. Job Requirements
- Experience working with or caring for children is required.
- Strong classroom or group management skills.
- Ability to supervise children in a caring, patient, and consistent manner.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to supporting the mission and values of Holy Rosary School.
