Description RE Services has an urgent need to hire multiple Family Advocates. The Family Advocate role offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on children and their families by providing crucial support for their well-being. As a Family Advocate, you will be trained to provide supervised visitation coaching, family-based services, and transportation for children and their families. Wage $17.00 to $19.00 per hour based on qualifications. Hours Full-Time Monday through Friday. Duties Conduct assessments of families to identify their specific needs and challenges. to design, organize, and lead programs targeting various aspects of family well-being. Assist families in accessing necessary social andmunity resources, both formal and informal. Employ logical reasoning to analyze problems and identify effective solutions and approaches. Communicate effectively through written and verbal means, ensuring clarity and professionalism. Utilize acceleratedputer skills with a focus on the G Suite platform. Demonstrate a proactive approach to aiding both staff and clients in accessing resources. Prioritize tasks, set achievable goals, and formulate organized plans to aplish work duties. Fulfill any additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Applicants must meet minimum age requirements. Must have a valid Driver's License. Must have a vehicle with acceptable insurance coverage. Must have a clean motor vehicle record with no DUI convictions. Must pass a background check since we work with Child Protective Services. No experience is needed, as paid training will be provided. Solidputer skills, particularly in using the G Suite platform. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify strengths and weaknesses of different solutions. Strongmunication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective information exchange. Capacity to gather information from diverse sources, process it effectively, and make informed decisions.
