DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

The person in this position will be responsible for the role of Adult Home Specialist Representative Payee caseload. Duties may include, but are not limited to, assessment and evaluation of client's needs and abilities, developing a case/service plan, client contact, documentation, developing reports and meeting mandated State standards. Investigation of adult care homes, routine monitoring and reaction to complaints. Work is performed under the direction of the Supervisor and Director in accordance with State and Federal regulations for the proper administration of the program. Work may include other related duties and activities as deemed appropriate and assigned by the Supervisor, Program Manager and/or Director.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Degrees must be from appropriately accredited institutions.

SOCIAL WORKER TRAINEE

• GRADE 63 4-year college or university degree

SOCIAL WORKER I

• GRADE 63 4-year degree in a human services field 4-year college or university degree plus one year of directly related experience

SOCIAL WORKER II

• GRADE 67 BSW 4-year degree in human services field plus one year directly related experience.

4-year college or university degree plus two years of directly related experience.

SOCIAL WORKER III

• GRADE 69 MSW BSW-Adult Services Collaborative BSW plus one year of directly related experience 4-year degree in human services field plus two years directly related experience 4-year college or university degree plus three years of directly related experience
