We are looking for a Part-Time Extended Day Classroom Coordinator to become an important part of our afternoon team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable moving between classrooms based on the needs of the day. As a Classroom Coordinator, you'll work alongside our lead and assistant teachers to help create safe, engaging, and beautifully prepared Montessori environments where children can thrive. What you'll do: Support teachers across different classrooms and help anticipate what each classroom needs throughout the afternoon Assist with the Extended Day program and step into a leadership role when needed Help maintain a safe, orderly, and engaging environment for children Support children in their independence, routines, and meaningful engagement with the Montessori environment Serve as a flexible support and potential substitute when classroom needs arise Build positive relationships with children and staff while contributing to a collaborative school community The ideal candidate is: Flexible, observant, dependable, proactive, and comfortable adapting to changing needs.
