JOB DUTIES

Building relationship and working with families in Head Start and Early Head Start programs. Duties will include but not limited to daily attendance, helping meet "Family Goals" making referrals as needed to outside resources. Completing home visits as needed. Creating and maintain community resources. Assure that hearing, vision and dental screenings are completed within the timelines as stated in Performance Standards and Policies and Procedures. Engage and assist families with achieving Family and Community Engagement Framework and School Readiness Outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

1 year experience working with families, Preferred Bilingual in Spanish and English .

At Minimum:

a credential or certification in Social Work, Human Services, Family Services, Counseling or related field. Preferred AA or BA in Social Work, Human Services, Family Services, Counseling or related field
