We partner with families and the NC Infant-Toddler Program to provide high-quality early intervention services that promote growth across developmental domains and strengthen family capacity.

Responsibilities Current Position:

Maintain a caseload of 10 families, providing weekly services Monday through Friday between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Compensation is paid per completed visit. Caseload is subject to increase as new families enroll. As new families are assigned, you are responsible for coordinating and scheduling services with each family based on family availability and service requirements. Provide in-home and/or community-based early intervention services for children ages birth to 3. Develop and implement individualized strategies to support child development (social-emotional, communication, cognitive, adaptive, and physical). Collaborate with families, service coordinators, and multidisciplinary team members. Model interventions for parents and caregivers, empowering them to integrate strategies into daily routines. Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with state and program guidelines. Attend IFSP (Individualized Family Service Plan) meetings and contribute to goal development. Qualifications Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Child Development, or a related field. Experience working with young children with developmental delays or disabilities preferred. Knowledge of family-centered practices and coaching strategies. Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills. Must hold or be eligible for NC Infant-Toddler Program provider approval. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
