We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working outdoors in a school environment.

Responsibilities may include:

Mowing and trimming lawns Weed eating and edging Maintaining and caring for outdoor areas Keeping school grounds clean, neat, and welcoming Removing leaves, branches, and other yard debris Assisting with seasonal outdoor maintenance as needed Safely operating and caring for lawn and landscaping equipment The ideal candidate is: Dependable, responsible, and self-motivated Comfortable working independently Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Experienced with basic lawn care and landscaping equipment Detail-oriented and takes pride in maintaining a clean, well-kept property Respectful of our school environment and the children, families, and staff who call Waymark home Previous lawn care or landscaping experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider someone who is hardworking, dependable, and eager to learn.
