Parent Coordinator:
- Supports and aids parents, as needed
- Communicates relevant programs and activities to parents
- Develops and distributes monthly newsletters & calendar to keep parents informed of activities, programs, community resources, etc.
- Is responsible for daily attendance utilizing My Club Hub , our membership tracking software.
- Assists in referring parents to community resources
- Serves as Club receptionist Knowledge, Education, Experience & Skills
- Associate degree in hospitality preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to communicate effectively with parents and community.
- Ability to read, write and speak English and Spanish.
- Professional attitude and approach to the work.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in human resources preferred.
- Minimum of two years of work experience.
