JOB DETAILS POSITION SUMMARY ED/NICU MSW POSITION DUTIES ED/NICU MSW SW

positions, ED experience would be preferred.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS MSW, BLS

(AHA), 2 years experience

Radius Rule:

50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.

•Driver's license required at submittal and will be used to determine if candidate is outside 50 miles.

•Fingernail policy: Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care- refusal to remove nails will lead to termination of contract

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK 0830-1700

Weekend Requirement Rotating
