RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE TEAM KIDS STAFF

Your Primary responsibility is to provide

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

to all Members and Guests of the Club. Use Members names and when entering and leaving the Team Kids Center be friendly, helpful and SMILE! Greet parents and register children. Get the children to the correct programs they are enrolled in. Keep the Team Kids Center clean and tidy, ensuring that all materials and equipment are collected and packed away safely, AT

ALL TIMES

. Toys need to be constantly picked up when child is done playing with them. Toys all over the floor are a safety hazard to both children and staff. Be respectful to children and Staff. Remove any unsafe items/equipment until repairs are completed.

TEAM KIDS STAFF MEMBERS MUST

Be respectful to children and Staff. Treat all children with dignity and respect. Have good relationships with children and parents. Parents must be greeted as soon as they enter. Staff must walk to the half door and let the child in to prevent parent from entering. Manage the children's behavior. Supervise the children at all times; ensuring their well-being and safety is a must. You can never turn your back on them for any reason.
