Director of Parent Support Program (Bilingual) Mental Health Association in Passaic County The role of the Director is to provide overall supervision and direct care for a program supporting adult parents diagnosed with a mental health condition who have children under age 18 living with them. Provide support and advocacy services to adult parents diagnosed with a mental illness who have children under age 18 living with them. Oversee daily operations, program development, and service delivery. Monitor program outcomes, maintain levels of service and quality improvement initiatives. Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate Parent Advocate and volunteers. Conduct intake and develop support plan with full parent participation. Address barriers to service access and engagement. Conduct monthly support/educational groups or workshops Prepare reports and conduct chart reviews to ensure compliance with all organizational, state, and federal regulations. Maintain a client caseload and accompany clients to appointments and community outings as needed. Maintain all documentation in a timely manner Represent the program or the Mental Health Association at community based events or committees as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree required; in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health or related Social Service Field Experience working in the planning, coordination and implementation of service in family support, behavioral health, child welfare, education or related human services.
• Experience supervising staff and managing programs.

Experience working with adults diagnosed with mental health conditions Experience working with diverse and underserved populations. Ability to facilitate groups Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written. Availability to work Monday through Friday with ability to work flexible hours which may occasionally include weekends and evenings. New Jersey Driver's License and Driving Record in good standing that meets agency/insurance and Division of Motor Vehicle requirements. Complete orientation and trainings as assigned Bilingual fluency required (English and Spanish) Acceptable background checks,

$50,000 - $52,000 annually
