$68,000- $70,000 per year plus Sign on Bonus

Responsibilities:
Work alongside a team facilitating therapeutic parent-child visitation for families involved with the child welfare system. Visitation will occur in the least restrictive setting determined for each family's unique needs, in order to facilitate a successful family reunification. Therapeutic Visitation Specialists will be trained in an evidence-based model, and will complete initial intake assessment tools, conceptualize personalized visitation plans, facilitate debriefings before and after visits, facilitate visitation planning meetings, and complete visitation documentation and reports. The Therapeutic Visitation Specialist will transport both children and parents as needed, utilizing an Agency vehicle. Visitation occurs at time and locations convenient for the families.Skills:
Must have a Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field. Valid professional license is mandatory with a minimum of a LAC or LSW. Must be able to demonstrate therapeutic approaches to engage families in reunification. Clinician must have experience working from a trauma informed framework. Must have a clean driving record. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required. Pay differential exists for bi-lingual candidates. Evening hours and a flexible schedule is required.
