Exciting opportunity for a skilled Clinical Social Worker to make a meaningful impact on students lives in a supportive, educational environment! This full-time, contract position runs the entire school year, beginning as soon as possible and ending 6/23/27. Set within a dynamic school setting, youll collaborate with a dedicated team as part of the B.E.S.T program to provide emotional and therapeutic support for students. As part of your role, you will work alongside a colleague to serve a caseload of 15 to 20 students, supplemented by incoming referrals. The primary focus will be on students with emotional impairments, including those in general education who require therapy support. Your expertise with counseling, trauma-informed care, and behavior management will be essential in helping these students thrive academically and personally.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Current educator certificate and appropriate state licensure (required) Proven experience as a School Social Worker or similar role Strong counseling background, particularly supporting students from trauma-impacted or low-income backgrounds Knowledge of behavior management strategies within an educational setting Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Experience navigating diverse student needs and maintaining confidentiality
