Job Description
Coordinator Early Intervention Services Coordinator Early Intervention Services Position Summary Responsible for provision of Service Coordination for Hunterdon County children in the Early Intervention Program. Assists in ensuring compliance to state and regional policies regarding Early Intervention Program. Primary Position Responsibilities 1. Communicates with each family from Hunterdon County whose child is found eligible for EIP Services. 2. Facilitates the provision of appropriate comprehensive services for infants and toddlers with developmental delays related to statewide Early Intervention system. 3. Completes HMC, regional, and state documentation. 4. Assures the provision of coordinated, comprehensive services. 5. Transitions child to appropriate services upon discharge from Early Intervention Program.
