09/14/2026 Attendance Coordinator Eleven (11) elementary attendance coordinators. One for each elementary school. 30 Hours per person at the contractual rate of $50.38. Attendance Coordinator will oversee and support intervention needs for students who are considered chronically absent or at-risk of being chronically absent.
Responsibilities include:
o Support the integration of parent involvement and addressing chronic absenteeism, which may include: parent phone calls, email communication and in-person meetings o Facilitate the creation of Tier-1 intervention plans for students who are at-risk of being chronically absent o Facilitate communication between staff in reference to absenteeism o Collect data and evaluate school-wide efforts to prevent chronic absenteeism o Support students in collaborative problem-solving including issues related to motivation and chronic absenteeism o Work with essential school staff to coordinate efforts between the school and individual student needs Attachment(s): Coordinator F 8.4.22.doc
