Job Description

The Family Coordinator serves under the MoCo Family Pastor on the Broadcast Campus Team with dotted line oversight from the Systems Family Pastor. A full-time position, the schedule generally includes Sunday support and a minimum of two in person office days that include Tuesday meetings at our central office in Parsippany, and time during the week for a total of 40 hours. Responsibilities Sunday Oversee the setup and teardown of the physical Family spaces, making sure that supplies are in their proper place Ensure that volunteers are prepared, leading the huddles and communicating the vision and special details for that day Interact and communicate with parents, especially those new to the church Support, monitor and coach all volunteers who deliver the curriculum, ensuring it is done consistently Reset rooms for weekly use Troubleshoot room volunteer/kid Ratios with the Family Staff as well as foster an inclusive environment/experience Volunteers Recruit
  • Identify and approach interested individuals, process interest forms, and guide them through the pipeline process, create a welcoming first-serve experience once the individual has been cleared to serve Retain
  • Maintain regular communication through email, text, huddles, and team meetings; manage and share schedules; build community and provide spiritual care for team members; meet with Team Coaches; and offer ongoing training. Reward
  • Appreciate and celebrate team members regularly Curriculum Support Gather and monitor feedback from leaders to ensure the curriculum is effectively designed and implemented to suit the campus environment.
Regularly review curriculum in preparation for Sunday, with particular focus on its reception and functionality at the campus. Participate in curriculum meetings to offer feedback and insights that directly benefit the campus. Qualifications Education
  • Bachelor's Degree required Experience
  • 2 years of serving at Liquid Family preferred; Minimum 1 year of service at Liquid or another church required Leadership
  • responsible for multiple moving pieces on any given Sunday and throughout the week. The person must have strong leadership and ability to manage multiple projects at one time. Detail Oriented
  • the person must be able to keep many details straight and maintain a high level of excellence while multi-tasking. Schedule
  • Available Sundays and for meetings in the office during the week, especially Tuesday Tech Savvy
  • Learns quickly and can adapt to changing technology with ease Communication
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Organization
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
  • Is cool under pressure Relational ability
  • A "people" person who works well with Staff and volunteers of varying personality types.
Pay :
$54,000
  • $60,000 per year
