After School Activities Supervisor Program Schedule:
October-May, Eight (8) Sessions, 3:05-4:05 p.m.
Compensation:
At current hourly rate as per PEA Contract Position Summary Phillipsburg Elementary School offers a variety of after school activities that enrich students' educational experiences beyond the school day. The following programs will meet from 3:05-4:05 for eight sessions throughout the school year under the supervision of dedicated staff members: Art (2 Needed) Tech (2 Needed) Dance Rotakids Book Buddies Kids in Kitchen Girls on the Run (2 Needed) Building Character (2 Needed) Fall Wellness (2 Needed) Spring Wellness (2 Needed) Essential Responsibilities Provide small-group and individualized supervision to students in grades 3-5. Reinforce cooperative skills. Plan and implement engaging sessions. Maintain student attendance and instructional records. Collaborate with school personnel, community partners, and program staff to support student success. Follow Phillipsburg School District policies and procedures. Qualifications Valid New Jersey Teaching Certificate required. Experience working with elementary and/or middle school students preferred. Strong instructional, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with school and community partners.
