Step into a rewarding role supporting students' mental health and well-being as a Clinical Social Worker participating in a dynamic school-based program. This full-time contract position is available immediately and runs through the end of the 2026-2027 school year. With consistent weekday hours from 8am to 4pm, you'll be part of a focused team addressing the therapeutic needs of students identified as emotionally impaired, including those in general education who require additional support. Your expertise will enable you to address clinical cases and work collaboratively with another staff member, jointly serving a manageable caseload of 15-20 students, while also handling new referrals. This is an opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of children and adolescents, many of whom are overcoming trauma, navigating challenging family or socioeconomic circumstances, or demonstrating significant behavioral needs.

Key Qualifications:

Current educator certificate and appropriate clinical social work license (required) Demonstrated experience providing therapy and counseling to K-12 students Skilled in working with youth from trauma-affected or low-income backgrounds Background in behavioral interventions and behavior management strategies Commitment to student advocacy, equity, and inclusion

Primary Responsibilities:
