Desired Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counseling for emotionally impaired students and those with therapy needs in general education settings Collaborate with another staff member to manage a caseload of 15-20 students Address and manage new student referrals as they arise Develop and implement behavior management strategies Maintain accurate documentation and case notes
