In this position, you'll:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide dedicated 1:1 social-emotional support and intervention to a middle school student with severe autism Collaborate as part of the student's interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans Guide and mentor an Educational Assistant to ensure coordinated support strategies Communicate progress with families, teachers, and administration Participate in IEP meetings and document all sessions according to best practices Adapt interventions with creative, flexible solutions to address high-needs challenges

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work Valid and current license as a School Social Worker or equivalent credentials Prior experience in school settings and/or with high-needs or autistic populations preferred Strong collaboration, adaptability, and communication skills
