A Family, School, or General Social Worker provides specialized assistance to vulnerable families and children. Intervenes in crisis situations; evaluates individual and family needs, helps clients get access to health care, mental health care or social services such as housing assistance. Advocates for clients and provides follow up visits. May work with teachers, parents and school administrators to help students improve academically and deal with social issues such as bullying.

Position Summary BlueJay Living is seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Peer Support Worker (CPSW) and Community Support Services (CCSS) Provider to join our team in Santa Fe. This position provides peer support, skill-building, case management, and recovery-oriented services to residents while helping foster a positive, respectful, and recovery-focused community. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, compassionate, and passionate about supporting individuals in recovery while maintaining healthy professional boundaries. Responsibilities Provide Community Support Services (CCSS) and/or Certified Peer Support services to eligible residents. Assist residents with developing independent living skills. Support residents in identifying and achieving recovery goals. Connect residents with community resources, employment opportunities, healthcare providers, and other supportive services. Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation. Collaborate with therapists, probation/parole officers, case managers, and other community providers. Encourage resident participation in recovery activities and community meetings. Assist with transportation when appropriate. Help maintain a positive, respectful, and recovery-focused living environment. Participate in team meetings and ongoing training. Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed. Conduct life skills groups.
Qualifications Required:
Certified Peer Support Worker (CPSW) certification and qualified to provide Community Support Services (CCSS) High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass required background checks Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills
Preferred:
