CAP is seeking a Family Worker for the Early Head Start Program. The Family Worker is the liaison between parents and the Head Start program as well as between community resources and the family. The Family Worker must meet the following minimum qualifications: High school diploma required and must enroll in and complete a Family Service Credentialing Program such as the Family Service Credential program or Head Start Family Service Credential program within eighteen (18) months of hire, or obtain a degree in social work, human services, family services, counseling, or a related field withing eighteen (18) months of hire. Associate's degree in human services preferred. Must have at least two (2) years' experience in community work either as a volunteer or paid employee. This is a full-time, 12-month position with an hourly rate of $20.41, 35 hrs/wk, 52 wks/yr.
