Shift details:

7am

• 4pm Mon-Fri Approx 40 hours/week(M-F, no weekends) General duties: Would mainly be working weekdays and assisting in providing therapeutic services to patients in a primary therapist role to include individual therapy and the completion of mental health assessments and documentation (Core History, Suicide Assessments/risk assessments, Weekly/Monthly Progress Notes, Treatment Plans, Discharge Plans) According to policy and Procedure.

Qualification:
