Boutique Law Firm seeking to immediately hire a highly-motivated candidate with minimum 3+ years' experience in preparation and filing of Medicaid applications. This is a part-time position approximately 20 hours per week

Responsibilities:

Preparation and Filing of Medicaid applications Collection of information and documentation for the Medicaid application Direct communication with clients and family as to the Medicaid application

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a paralegal, with an emphasis on Medicaid applications and Medicaid planning is required Familiarity with chronic care Medicaid application process and experience in dealing with nursing homes and Department of Social Services Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Deadline and detail-oriented Motivated, self-starter with the ambition to grow with our company
