A Family, School, or General Social Worker provides specialized assistance to vulnerable families and children. Intervenes in crisis situations; evaluates individual and family needs, helps clients get access to health care, mental health care or social services such as housing assistance. Advocates for clients and provides follow up visits. May work with teachers, parents and school administrators to help students improve academically and deal with social issues such as bullying.

Job Description

Responsibilities include assessing, educating, and collaborating with patients on care planning. Work Experience Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program. Current or eligible for state licensure, if required. Meets state-specific requirements (e.g., LCSW and supervision, if applicable). Minimum of 2 years of clinical social work experience, preferably in an ESRD setting. CPR certification preferred. Ability to read and interpret safety, operating, and procedure documents. Salary Range:
$28.00- 40.
