LCSW/ LMSW.

This social worker will be an active member of a multi-disciplinary Special Education team, and become a liaison between the home and educational environment. Responsibilities include family outreach, community referrals/resources, parent training/counseling, daily classroom support and consultation, Crisis Team, co-lead support groups/workshops and social skills groups.
