Job Description

Metro Children's Services is seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated professionals to join our Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) team. We are currently hiring Respite DSPs, CFASS Level 1 Providers, and CFASS Level 2 Providers to provide in-home and community-based services to children, youth, and families throughout New York. Whether you're providing direct support to a child, helping families navigate community resources, or empowering caregivers through advocacy and education, you'll play an important role in helping children with developmental, physical, behavioral, and emotional disabilities thrive at home and in their communities. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful impact, enjoy working independently, and are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centered care. Most services are provided in the child's home or community during afternoon, evening, and weekend hours , allowing for a flexible part-time schedule. Positions Available Respite DSP Starting at $18.00-$20.00 per hour Provide direct supervision and support to children and youth while engaging them in safe, meaningful, and developmentally appropriate activities that promote independence and provide temporary relief for caregivers. Requirements High School Diploma, GED, or State Education Commencement Credential (SACC/CDOS) Experience working with children or individuals with developmental, behavioral, emotional, or physical disabilities preferred. CFASS Level 1 Provider Starting at $25.00 per hour Provide caregiver education, advocacy, family support, and skill-building services that help families successfully care for their child and navigate available community resources. Requirements High School Diploma, GED, or State Education Commencement Credential (SACC/CDOS) Experience working with children, youth, families, or in a related human services field. CFASS Level 2 Provider Starting at $27.00-$35.00 per hour Provide advanced caregiver advocacy, education, family support, and resource coordination while collaborating with families, Care Managers, and community providers to help children achieve goals identified in their HCBS Plan of Care. Requirements High School Diploma, GED, or State Education Commencement Credential (SACC/CDOS) Bachelor's Degree Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with children, youth, families, or in a related human services field.
Pay:
$18.00 - $35.00 per hour
