A Family, School, or General Case Manager coordinates the delivery of a range of social and health services to individuals and families. Assess client needs and work with agencies and institutions ensure clients get the help they need. Monitor client and work with other service providers as necessary to address client needs. Provide limited counseling to client and their family.

Your role at
BHSN:
As a School-Based Clinician at BHSN, you will provide evidence-based individual, group, and family interventions entirely in school settings.
Work Schedule:
1 day per week: 7:30-3:30pm What s in it for you? Collaborates with school personnel Your skills and qualifications: Master s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling required
LMHC/LMSW/LCSW
preferred Ability to work with children/families Valid NYS driver s license and reliable transportation Ability to coordinate services in different school services Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of families
