- Join Our Compassionate Hospice Team The Community Hospice is seeking a full-time Social Worker to join our dedicated interdisciplinary team serving patients and families in the Saratoga/Schenectady/ Montgomery county regions.
What You'll Do:
- Provide psychosocial assessments and ongoing emotional support to patients and families.
- What you will need:
- + NYS SW Licensure. + Valid NYS Drivers license. + Minimum 2-3 years experience ideally caring for seniors or those with advance illness. + The Community Hospice provides a thorough orientation and a supportive work environment. Apply today for more information!
Pay Range:
- $30.00 - $43.08 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
